i have a 2yr old house with modern kitchen and bathroom,there is no garden but a lovely communal courtyard with seating and a place for drying washing,there is also a cycle locking area.there is a grab rail over the bath and an extra hand rail on the stairs.there is a lovely community spirit here,there are 2 houses and 4 flats built around the courtyard.
